Pirkanmaa Cooperative has adopted the Nomis QualityDesk mobile application to improve the efficiency of cleaning and monitoring. The cleanliness and tidiness of facilities have a significant impact on the safety of products sold as well as on customer satisfaction.
Nomis QualityDesk is an easy-to-use mobile application for monitoring cleaning quality. At the end of an inspection round, it automatically sends a report both to Pirkanmaa Cooperative’s contact persons and to representatives of the company responsible for cleaning.
Pirkanmaa Cooperative’s cleaning services specialist, Mikko Pohjamo, explains:
“Companies responsible for cleaning carry out quality inspections together with the managers of our locations once a month. With the automatic report, it is easy to track both the cleanliness level and the trend at our locations. This enables faster intervention in case of issues. Thanks to this, cleaning is more reliably carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.”
Comprehensive quality inspection reports provide detailed information about the level of cleanliness both by chain and by location.
